I am a visual artist who works in Australia. I work with drawing materials, watercolour and mixed media.

I like to observe the natural, ordinary details, foliage growth and patterns. My practice includes the interactions of micro and macro and memories of landscape.

Walking is part of my process. Local, natural environments inform my visual explorations and deepen my connection with nature. My garden also provides a constant source of enquiry.

Coastal bushland reserves provide an immersive natural environment for visual research and inspiration for my work. I often return to the studio and respond to my engagement with the natural world through line, colour and memory.
